Guest guest
Jeannie Thank you so much for your wonderful post. I appreciate that and that was the first email I saw this morning and with such positive things. Hopefully down the line I will have the will power and patience to go 100% raw. This weekend I tried hard and I was successful about 75% but that was okay because Im glad I turned to the salad and fruit instead of the spagetti. I figured that I will do my best all day and if I slip a little then I slip, but I know I feel better when I was 100%. I wish my partner and children were raw. That would be RAWsome. Okay but they not and it can be a struggle. #1 I want my children to eat better and they do have more fruits and veggies. My 6 year old would rather eat lunch meat and cheese with a capri sun juice and chips. My 11 year old is vegetarian most of the time, she likes BBQ chicken (rarely). She's the healthy eater but eats all the starches, pasta, pasta, crackers, enchiladas, quiche, baked potatoes. She does eat salads and fruit alot. My boyfriend on the other hand is meat, meat, coke, meat, coke, lemonade, meat, fried chicken, chicken strips, potato wedges with cheese. So I will continue with patience and enjoy life.
