I'm the single mom of an almost-8-yr-old. We've been gravitating

towards eating raw foods for about 6 months. Recently, when stress

overtook me, I backslid to my old habits (I'm a stress-eater) and

I'm now physically miserable. I guess I'm joining and writing

because I need support to back on track. I don't like to cook

anyway, and neither of us care for cooked veggies, but sandwiches,

chips and cookies call to me! We do love nuts and seeds, and fresh

(and dehydrated) fruits and veggies. However, I am finding it

difficult to come up with interesting " treats " with very easy

preparation (no dehydrating or sprouting). I'll be looking at past

posts, but any suggestions you can give would be appreciated.

p.s. We're planning travel the USA/Canada for over a year in an RV

so that's why no dehydrating or sprouting.

 

p.s. Is there an inexpensive refrigerator cookie I can make with

only a couple of ingredients that both my son and I would like?
