Hi,

I've appreciated your posts and respect someone with 14 years

experience as a vegan raw foodist. I've only been vegan 2 years and

am still working on raw. I'm not sure you'll have time to answer my

questions, but, if so, here they are.

1. Do you eat vegetables like peppers, beets, carrots, yams, onions,

and garlic? I know some raw fooders do and some don't.

2. What about sea vegetables like kelp and dulse?

3. You've mentioned Dr. Gina Shaw-would you know if her books are

only available in the UK? Does Dr. Bernarr have any books available?

4. Any thoughts, opinions about dental health on a raw food diet?

5. What about olive oil and condiments like Braggs liquid aminos and

other soy products?
