raw cheesecake (almonds)

I'm looking for a raw " cheesecake " recipie made with nuts. Of course it is more

like raw almond cheese and fruit. I see photos of them, but they look white.

Is that possible with the almond skins on?

You would remove the skins, either by soaking and peeling them, one by one,

or by soaking them and pureeing them with some water and then straining them so

that the brown skins are separated from the rest.
