Guest guest
I'm looking for a raw " cheesecake " recipie made with nuts. Of course it is more like raw almond cheese and fruit. I see photos of them, but they look white. Is that possible with the almond skins on? Maureen New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages! Maureen You would remove the skins, either by soaking and peeling them, one by one, or by soaking them and pureeing them with some water and then straining them so that the brown skins are separated from the rest.
