Guest guest
Hi all, I have been studying about the raw food diet and truly believe I need to eat raw, but I have GERD. Whenever I just eat raw fruits and veggies and drink Veggie juice, I have a terrible time with intense burning in my esophagus. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you handle it? Thanks for the help, Susan
Guest guest
Susan, I had GERD and Barett's esophagus, as well as a whole host of other stomach problems. After 4 days at 100% raw, the GERD was 100% gone. Take the leap, if you haven't already. I think you will be surprised. For me it was 5 years of digestive misery gone in 4 days. It's also important to note that all the pills I took to help the problems coulden't do what 4 days at 100% raw could do. I do relapse and eat cooked food from time to time (it's like an addiction to me), and when I do, the acid comes right back Let us know what happens.
