Posting & Forwarding Messages

Dear Friends,

 

It has come to my attention as a moderator of a local raw food group

that some posters are posting messages that include the private emails

of other members and nonmembers. It is very important to protect the

privacy of others. When posting bulk emails, please use the BCC header

which is often located in the " edit " section of your menu bar. This

way all the email addresses you type in the BCC header will be kept

private. It is also important to review your forwarded messages to

make sure they do not include other party emails that are not meant to

be sent or should not be sent. Please, please consider this.
