Hi, ai just got on this list, but I have been doing raw for about a month. I

have eaten cooked a couple times, but that has been vegan. I started doing raw

to get off medication. Thyroid med is the most life threatening for me, I don't

have a thyroid. I am trying to get off arthritis med, and saw yesterday that

curry (icky) and turmeric are good for it, but I don't have a clue how to take

it. My sinus' are in awful shape, and I hope don't become infected, I am almost

off estrogen, and I am bi polar and Add and take Strattera and Wellbutrin, as

well as klonapin. My " Head meds " are the reason I went raw, to try to get off

them, but so far, my cell phone is lost forever and presently I'm having a

problem finding my keysI can't afford to do all organic, but I juice spinach and

broccoli and broccoli and kale and lots of carrots. I've also got hypoglycemia,

but that seems better. I sprout beans and lentils, they are organic.Any

suggestion's are appreciated! mj & lt; & gt; & lt;
