Guest guest Posted August 30, 2004 Report Share Posted August 30, 2004 I recently (a week ago) started the raw food diet, and was just hoping for some input from people. What do most people truly eat - just combinations of veggies and fruits, or are you creative and try different raw recipes? Also, we don't have a dehydrator or juicer (and really can't afford either right now), so what are some good recipes that I could do without either of those items? What exercise programs do you follow? Should seed and nut consuption be limited? I have " cheated " two or three times by having a bite of my son's cheese or a bagel, is this normal in the beginning?
