Hi Jan,

 

It's a great idea. We can offer a 4 - 6 hour Thanksgiving dinner class, and

do it in 3 consecutive days. Dates available are November 12/13/14 and

19/20/21.

 

We would like to charge $75 per person, with a discount for students and

seniors $65 and would accept payment plan too.

 

We would need at least 15 people per class to make this viable.

 

If the dates and cost match, I can proceed to plan and inform you.

If you aren't too booked up, I'd like to see if I can put together

a meeting or two for you here in central NC in November...

using " preparing a raw gourmet feast for Thanksgiving " as the title.

We DO have places for you to stay in each city

so that will cut down on costs for you!
