vegie kabobs

Hi,

I have a recipe for vegie kabobs and after marinating the vegies, it

asks to dehydrate them for 24 hours. What is the purpose of this?

Can I not dehydrate them or would it be preferable to dehydrate

them, but probably for not as long? There must be someone out there

that have made these. How do you do it? TIA

Hi,

 

I haven't used your recipe but I'm sure that there's not that says you can't eat

them without dehydrating them. I can see spreading them over a sprouted rice

salad, spiraled zucchini or yellow summer squash. It's endless.
