Guest guest Posted August 24, 2004 Report Share Posted August 24, 2004 Hi, I have a recipe for vegie kabobs and after marinating the vegies, it asks to dehydrate them for 24 hours. What is the purpose of this? Can I not dehydrate them or would it be preferable to dehydrate them, but probably for not as long? There must be someone out there that have made these.
