Therese,

The only one of those supplements that I take is the Garden of Life

Perfect Food.

Why? Because even the organically grown fruits and vegetables are

being grown in soils that have been completely ravaged. The soils

contain only a miniscule percentage of the minerals that they once

used to - yes there are companies growing their food bio-dynamically

(restoring the soil to its natural potential) but I cannot afford

their produce, nor can I find it in my area.

So I have read up on all things minerals and have decided to take

Perfect Food - I know many raw foodists disagree with any

supplementation - but I have researched agriculture and farming for

3 years now and I am aware that every year our produce becomes less

nutritious - and many of the studies are decades old, so we aren't

receiving what the USDA claims. Perfect Food provides something of a

buffer - while it is not perfect (no pun intended) it does provide

some much needed minerals to the body.

By the way - it shouldn't have to break your bank - don't buy at

retail stores, look online - I get my perfect food at

www.paragon.org - there is no place on the web that sells garden of

life products cheaper - and believe me I have looked everywhere.
