I lo-ve my salads and fruit juices but i do not seem to like the raw soups i have made until now. Must be phycological as well, since soups = hot. If you have any tips on how to use vegetables like brocoli, courgette and aubergine/egplant please let me know. These are really vegies I am NOT used to eating raw. I do LOVE them strirr fried and rosted and would not to miss out on them from now on. Please if you have tips - let me know!! cheers, Leoni p.s. any people in this group from Amsterdam?
