Guest guest Posted August 17, 2004 Report Share Posted August 17, 2004 thanks terry! actually, in '94, i went vegetarian, and ate raw garlic every day - lowered my cholesterol considerably! over the years i've been on and off the garlic - don't take it every day like i used to.... also turned into one of those vegetarians that didn't eat much in the way of fruit or veggies - a crime.. i think my cholesterol was back up, recently, too... hopefully, i'll get enough energy from the raw diet to spend more time vertical in the kitchen... - get everything " fixed " again lol maybe even try messing with a dehydrator, etc.. <<< May I suggest using garlic to help with blood pressure. My previous husband's pressure was very dangerous, had to monitor it every day and take meds.
