Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am very interested in becoming 100% raw. I have started adding more raw food to my diet but I can't seem to make all the way. Does anyone have any advice, should it be a slow transition or immediate? Any help would be great. Thanks, Waco
Guest guest
Waco, I'm new to raw foods myself, new to vegan, all of it. On August 1st I just decided to DO it (after reading lots and lots about it on the internet). I have a juicer, so I am making myself interesting juices every morning. Eating lots and lots of fruits; making salads combining all sorts of things, and having quite a good time at it. I've fallen off the wagon a couple of times, but that's okay. I'm a 100% better at this than I was a before, and getting better every day ... and for me, that is what is important. I'm making it a point to meet other raw folks in my area, and finding places to eat and shop that support raw as well. so, my point being -- go at your own pace, keep adding and adding the raw, find new recipes and try them .. and pretty soon it will all be there. I don't think how long it takes to get there is the key ... but keeping at it and having a good time doing it, is. Enjoy and good luck! terry rawfood , " Waco " <wacojeffrey> wrote: > Hello Everyone, > I am very interested in becoming 100% raw. > I have started adding more raw food to my > diet but I can't seem to make all the way. > Does anyone have any advice, should it be > a slow transition or immediate?
