Guest guest
I'm too scared to try any of those diet pills or fat burning pills. Has anyone tried them and what was your experience with them? I want to do my research before I try one. I heard that if you take Metabolife for too long it messes up your metabolism? is that true? Guest guest
Anna, You should be very afraid! Sure the pills may work momentarily, but how long do you intend to take them and what do YOU expect of them? Research or not you'll probably never learn of all of the ingredients in them and their benefits and/or detriments. No one can tell you at this moment what the long term affects will be mainly because they weren't designed for YOU. I could go on and on about the fly-by-night plans and miracle pills that are supposed to rid you of the access weight. I'm 51 years old 4' 8 1/2, my top weight had reached 175 lbs. I can honestly say that since becoming a live fooder at 49 I have maintained and average of 130 lbs. give or take 1-2 lbs, up or down. I'd been fighting weight since age 16 trying everything from pills, candies, soups, fruits, ice creams, powdered mixes, weight watchers, LA Weight Loss, you name it. I carefully made a list one day and realized I'd tried 23 different diet plans. It's a wonder that I'm still living and in good health. My recommendation. . . stick to a raw (live) foods lifestyle, exercise and keep the money you'll spend on pills in your pocket. Good Health to You Elaine Express yourself with Y! Messenger! Free.
