Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I have been fully raw for over three weeks now, and am loving it! (Although I do need to connect with more raw fooders.) I have a question that perhaps someone can answer: I have several plantar warts on my heal and a wart on my thumb. All of which I've had for over a year (plantar much longer). From what I know about a raw diet, I would assume that my body should eventually take care of itself. Do you think that over time the warts will go away? Or does anyone know any solutions for getting rid of them? I would greatly appreciate it! I've had them for so long and tried so many things, I've grown to accept them ... but I'd much rather be free of them. Thank you so much. Guest guest
Given a non toxic raw diet and healthful practices like getting plenty of rest, exercise, fresh air, clean water, and sunlight, a skin condition like warts will clear up as your body completes its detoxification. Take a look at http://www.healself.org/ACNE.html to read about how all skin conditions are symptomatic of a toxic body.
