Master Cleanse and Maple syrup

After doing the Master Cleanser several times now, I do NOT recommend

doing it without maple syrup or at least a very GOOD substitute that

provides the same nutrition and energy it provides. The syrup is there

for a reason. Because of the positive effects that the Master Cleanser

has on the body, mind and spirit, I don't mind having the maple syrup

during this time. The Master Cleanser is what inspired me to go raw.

I couldn't fathom putting junk back into my body and it also freed me

up to get through things that seemed overwhelming before I did the

cleanse.

I would recommend using either Up Country Naturals' Grade B syrup or

Shady Maple Farms Grade B... both are organic and very tasty.
