Question about internal cleaning

So, I've been to an interesting website of an herbalist:

and I am seeing a way to clear candida using an herbal tincture I make myself,

or 2 other ways using what looks like pills I buy.

 

I also read about 2 different internal clease kits, one by Blessed Herbs and

another " Super Detox Formula " by Physician's Choice. The first is said to be

herbal whereas the second is pills, I'm guessing.

 

As I am new to eating raw and I've never done a detox in my life (24 years), I

am up for any suggestions before I dive in...
