Guest guest Posted July 21, 2004 Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 well, i had an urge today to do as much raw as I could today, and I think i succeeded being about 90-95% today. Breakfast: small carrots, and soem fruit lunch: pandora salad (wakame, carrot, zucchini, and buttom mushrooms; with a garlic/chili oil/rice vinegar dressing (recipe from " vibrant living " cookbook) supper: I was lazy so i ordered raw enchiladas from Go Raw Cafe for takeout. the non-food stuff, a small bag of harvest crisps and a small bag of salted roasted peanuts because i got cravings mid-morning & mid-day. i think i'm onto something with the peanuts for cravings (i'll use raw next time). I kinda felt " detached " when i was just eating the salad and fruit & veggie snacks i'd bought with me, and had a craving for something but couldn't quite put my finger on it. i had peanuts and BAM the cravings were gone and i was fine for the few hours i had left at work. I also had instant grain beverage for my coffee cravings.
