Guest guest
Hi Kathy! I'm sure everyone here would agree that it's much harder to be depressed on a raw diet, but schizophrenia I don't know about. In fact I'm not even sure the latter has or can be validly classified as a 'disorder'. It's never been properly defined and seems to me to be a cop-out clause for psychiatrists. My friend Alex had spontaneous visions once in his early twenties, and as a result ended up on tons of meds for the last 20-odd years, labelled 'schizophrenic'. He was never a danger to himself or anyone else. Go figure. More usefully, I heard of someone recovering from autism and dyslexia after starting a raw diet (besides shedding half her weight, which was enormous).
