Good Morning, Afternoon and Evening to all of you.

My name is Stephanie (konacoral). Let me know what you think?

 

A few months ago I was watching Celebrity Diets. I wanted to know

what people were doing to be slim because I was " done " feeling this

way. I have thrown myself into several different diets; Weigh

Watchers, Body for Life, Atkins, and Cabbage Soup plus probably more.

 

I saw this Raw Food diet that a model had been doing, what stuck in

me was that she hadn't gotten sick in 8 years and she looked awesome.

I need a healthier lifestyle. There has been too much alcohol,

smoking and fast food and its time to have good food in my systems

and not worry about it anymore.

 

Interesting enough, even though I love food, have gained weight and

eat filet of fish from McDonalds. I always wanted a career in

nutrition plus teach class in exercise or nutrition. Perhaps this is

leading me down the right track. There are things I think of. Chicken

Curry, Tuna sashimi, Pizza with Ranch and Jalapeños and my Filet of

Fish. I'm sure I can find something to keep me from wishing and

needing them and want a better lifestyle for myself.

For me, this is about making myself feel better, healthier, do those

things I've wanted to do and be an example to my two daughters.

 

Today this is what I ate so far:

Water

Banana

Nectarine

Apple slices
