I'm really trying to get something that homogonizes so i can make nut butters and grind up the grains good for making breads, crackers, etc. I have a juicer although it is a high speed one, so thought I could get a good juicer that also homogonizes as well. Also, I was looking in the store for extra virgin olive oils. Is this the kind everyone uses in their recipies? There are so many different brands of extra virgin olive oil and the prices really vary. Are certain brands better than others and are some stronger tasting? Can i just go for the lowest priced bottle? TIA Val
