Bragg all purpose seasoning

Hi Martha,

 

Thank you so much for the info on the Bragg's Amino acid and the

Nama Shoyu. Much appreciated! The Bragg that I have is, Bragg All

Purpose Seasoning, liquid soy from vegetable protein, ingredients -

soybeans and puried water. Contains no preservatives, no coloring

agents, no additives, no alcohol, and no chemicals and not

fermented. Would this be OK to use? I will definately give the

powdered celery a try.

Val, anything soy is suspect (see an article on thedoctorwithin site

about soy), and many raw fooders say anthing processed and salty is

unhealthy. If you must, celtic sea salt is preferred.
