Guest guest
The hair is not thinning from lack of anything; the hair thinning is part of detox. Eating or taking substances to stop the detox is counter to the body's health. It is palliative. People get detox, which involves symptoms. They think symptoms are bad, and so they try to get rid of them, as we've been taught by the medical paradigm. So people eat or take something which makes the symptoms go away, and that stops the detox. That means the toxins the body is trying to get rid of via the symptoms, remain in the body, and new toxins enter in the form of the substance which palliates. There is no magic in any substance, and if ingesting them results in symptom suppression, they are not beneficial--drugs, animal products, " supplements " , some " foods " . Hair loss, just like other detox symptoms, is self-limiting; the body begins the symptoms, and the body will end them when it has finished with detoxing via that particular avenue. It is important to be able to distinguish routine detox symptoms, which can be dramatic, from sudden emergency detox symptoms resulting from ingesting something which is thought to be beneficial but is instead toxic. Raw food gurus get people to put all kinds of inimical substances into their bodies, which results in the body frantically trying to get rid of the substances via sudden dramatic symptoms. This is often seen in people forcing animal products on their bodies, or wheatgrass, oils, algaes, salt or salt substitutes, or any other pills, potions, powders of any sort, as well as any other substances which are not food for us. Beware of any substance that the body has to " get used to " in order to tolerate that substance, or substances which have to be swallowed, i.e., sneaked past the portals of our senses. Consume only that which is food, and part of our natural dietary--fruits, leafy greens/veggies, nuts/edible seeds--and only what looks, smells, tastes wonderful, and which the body desires, and only as much as the body desires. All else is not food for us, and does not belong in our bodies. Zsuzsa rawfood , aljuarez@z... wrote: > My hair started thinning, too, from lack of greens.
