Guest guest
Yeah, I went over to Wild Oats and got a bottle of Nature's Life Calcium Softgel. This stuff is liquid in a gelcap so it digests faster. It's got calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, and D-3 which covers a lot of the bases. Forget the milk. (This is not a product endorsement. I have no affiliation with Nature's Life in any capacity other than as a consumer.) Guest guest
You can get calcium in any health food store. You can buy it in liquid form & keep it refrigerated.... I think I would do that before drinking the milk. - Rik rawfood Thursday, June 24, 2004 1:30 PM [Raw Food] cacium hello all, anyone have advice on calcium? i know the lemon egg, i don't drink milk anymore and i feel great. the thing is that since i have stopped drinking milk my joints (knee and hip) are starting to hurt and i feel that that is a lack of calcium. never ever had that before and i'm a wild cat! should i start drinking small amounts of milk perhaps? any veggies you would advice....... any hints are very welcome (O: thanks, rik. Guest guest
Sesame seeds are pretty high in calcium, and you can make a " milk " out of them. rawfood , " Rik " <bliksemskater> wrote: > hello all, > anyone have advice on calcium? i know the lemon egg, i don't drink > milk anymore and i feel great. the thing is that since i have > stopped drinking milk my joints (knee and hip) are starting to hurt > and i feel that that is a lack of calcium. never ever had that > before and i'm a wild cat! should i start drinking small amounts of > milk perhaps? any veggies you would advice....... any hints are very > welcome (O: thanks, rik.
