Guest guest
Peace be with your spirit and joy with your day. I am certainly interested in knowing more about raw foods and how to combine them in ways that meet my needs. My ideal diet is not particularly one that is raw -- although that would be the bulk of it -- but one that consumes only given foods: fruits and fruiting vegetables, nuts, seeds, pulses, and grains. While I adore salads, juices, etc, I also like my cornmeal tortillas as a 'wrap' for such things. Is there anyway to make a 'bread substitute' on a raw diet with maybe sprouting grains or something? I'm also very keen on alternative health. I make most of my herbal preparations. I have studied [though not to diploma level] aromatherapy, reflexology, nutrition, and noesitherapy. I have studied with a Cherokee Daykeeper and know their astrology. Currently I am getting my diploma in Thai Massage and Crystal Healing [so that I can prove to others that I know that I know what I know!] and I have started studying Iridology, again to diploma level. I look forward to reading the posts and hopefully finding some answers to my questions, so that I can make the move to better health without feeling that I have 'lost' something! Peace be with your spirits, and thank you. rainbow
