Hello everyone,

I have been vegan since January and within the last month or so I

have been eating probably around a 75% raw food diet. I feel like

I'm enjoying many of the benefits, but in the last few weeks I've

noticed that I've been shedding a lot more hair that usual, and it's

beginning to worry me. I'm not on any supplements, and I'm

wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions to keep me from

going bald?
