Guest guest
Hi Chava, I am very new to dehydrating, but I will tell you about one successful cracker attempt. in a blender almond milk pulp (abt a cup) a bell pepper sun dried tomatos (soaked & about 1/2 a cup) sunflower seeds (about a 1/2 cup) a little water (about a 1/2 cup) a little braggs liquid aminos (abt 1/2 a cup or less. im not sure) chili pepper flakes (abt 2 teaspoons) celtic sea salt (a pinch) paprika blend in another bowl soaked flax seeds. Add the blended stuff together with the drained and soaked flax seeds. Pour onto teflex sheets, and dehydrate for the rest of your life at 105 degrees Just kidding, but it did take two days for it to really be dry. I think the reason for this is that I didnt add enough liquid. If I had added more water it would have been a thinner mixture and able to dry sooner. I am working on a flax seed cookie right now. My first! We'll see~ Angela -- In rawfood , Chava <ycengel@n...> wrote: > Hi > Can anyone post some dehydrator cookie/cracker recipes. Can anyone recommend > a good cookbook for dehydrating.Thank-you. > Chava
