I have been making almond milk lately for smoothies, and I want to make something with the pulp. It seems a waste to not do something with it, but I dont want to eat just the pulp/excess. Any recipe ideas? thanks Angela Jackie Graff has a recipe for dehydrated biscuits using leftover almond pulp. Maybe she'll see this and send you the recipe. I've sent a copy of this to the e-group her husband founded. Judy

Guest guest
I put whole soaked almonds in my drinks too and love it thick and hearty. Just remember to drain and rinse the almonds to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors in the water. Myrna amadera656 <amadera656 wrote:I'll have to give that a try.
