Guest guest Posted June 18, 2004 Report Share Posted June 18, 2004 Hi all. I am new to raw, having just adopted a vegan diet four months ago. (Quit animal products rather cold turkey. LOL) I am eating primarily, almost exclusively, fruits and vegetables, with a bit of legumes and an occassional whole grain. I would say I eat about 60% raw, some days less, some more. I've been reading a lot about raw and Natural Hygiene and am convinced it is the optimal way to go. Now to get myself to do it!
