I don't know where a person would find raw oats for sprouting. The oats

that are available to consumers have been rolled and steamed so you can soak

them to soften but there's no way they can sprout if they're not raw.

 

 

I just did a google search for oats and came up with this website.

They have sprouting supplies and seeds, berries, grains.

They also have recipes for how to sprout and different things to do with

your grains...

and links to more wonderful sites!
