new to raw foods

Hello everyone- I am new to this message group and to raw foods. I

attended a raw foods conference a few weeks ago with a friend, and

was very inspired. I have been vegan for most of my life, but that

doesn't mean I have always had the best diet or health. I am hoping

to address some health problems with the raw food diet, and to see

better overall health. If anyone has any inspiration or tips, I

would welcome them! I feel kind of lost as to where to begin...I

don't want to eat salad 3 meals a day!
