I do not eat breakfast, and my first meal of the day is a sprout salad at noon. In it I put the following sprouts: alfalfa, clover, broccoli, mung, sunflower, and pea - all raw. I have a batch of lentil and chickpea on the way, and plan to use these as raw as well. When I fist started doing this the gas was horrible. Some pain, and the flatulence was frequent, and stong enough to peel the paint off the wall. Thank God my system seems to have adapted. -smile- Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I could grow and add to this mix? And, I use a commercially prepared low fat ranch dressing.
