Guest guest Posted May 24, 2004 Report Share Posted May 24, 2004 Hey Kim, when I get the munchies for some " crunchies " I whip up some guac(amole), slice some carrots and dip away. This also works well with celery and salsa. I have also dehydrated (thinly) sliced carrots (105 degrees until crisp) and used them as crackers. I would also like to thank those who gave me some great ideas for my balcony garden. I am so looking forward to a pot of salad greens with a fountain of tomatos in the middle and a friendly lime tree.
