I've been reading up opn this Raw Foods lifestyle for a while...and

despite the conversations I've wlaked in on in the past couple of

days, I'm not afraid. I think I just need some direction. I'm not

eating organic foods right now, I'm not a huge meat eater anyway so I

dont think that I'll miss it terribly. I'll have more of a problem

letting go of warm desserts and pastries. I went to my local Whole

Foods Market whose products are mostly organic and soy based...I'm a

college student and experienced a discouraging case of sticker shock.

How will someone like me ever be able to afford this expensive

lifestyle. I have a chronic case of rheumatoid arthritis and I think

that this diet could be great for me. Diet is the only way that I

have to control my weight and energy level. Someone please help me

work my way into this.
