HI Bozena,

Well, I am one of the newbies on this list..but, where to start?

Well, the best advice I can give you is just to Start!! Try starting out by

cutting out dairy, wheat, sugar...and making sure you are eating raw plant food

at every meal..

When you want a snack, have fruit or veggies..as much as you want. I know some

people recommend transitioning with some of the " gourmet " dehydrated...almost

like cooked " raw " foods...but, personally, I have found that when I eat these

more processed raw foods, my cravings for cooked food begin to intensify.

If you have been eating a rather rich cooked food diet, then I would recommend

a fast to start out with. More than anything, I have found that fasting first

(I didn't do a true fast, but a vegetable juice fast)..cleansed my palate and

my body naturally wanted cleaner food. Sprouts are still wonderful food..so

you have 30 years experience with that.

What was your influence to switch to a raw foods diet 30 years ago?

Good luck on this fantastic raw-food journey!

Peace,

Stephanie
