Guest guest
Hi Tara, Hope you and the kids are doing well. Thanks so much for the info. I know I read labels but do not recall seeing anything like that on the label. I will have to look next time for the heck of it. I just bought the " raw " almonds once. They did not sit well with my stomach at all so either they were not really raw, old or just plain not for me. I'll have to check out the ones at rawfood. Thanks again Have a great day Tone Think they meant you can not get a truly raw cashew at the typical grocery store...'raw' to grocery store would equate to not salted, not anything else, but simply a 'plain' cashew.... however rawfood.com DOES have truly raw cashews...labels in typical grocery stores can be confusing, as some are labeled as vegan but then if you read the actual labels they contain gelatin or honey or something which makes them non vegan... tara
