Sea Veggies Cooked to Death!

Does anyone know where to get RAW sea veggies!

 

I went to the health food store today and found 4 or 5 different kinds of

sea veggies. Then I too read the packages and ALAS they were ALL either

toasted or boiled. No sea veggies for me today! I bought some parsley,

cilantro, bok choy, red leaf lettuce, romaine, green leaf lettuce,

cabbage, bell peppers, celery and alfalfa sprouts instead. I think that

should about cover it for chlorophyl etc. Seaweed sounded yucky anyway.

Sour grapes. Smile.

By carefully reading the package you can find raw nori. Dulse is often or

usually raw as well. And you can find raw laver and raw wakame, and raw alaria.
