Eating over emotions is something I would believe we all suffer

from. Definitely, eating other than raw, I know I'm a compulsive

overeater. A bottomless pit as you say. But even raw, I can tell I

go to comfort raw foods like avocados, bananas, dates or raw nuts for

example, and eat more than I need for needed nutrition.

READ THIS BOOK!

12 STEPS TO RAW FOOD by Boutenko

about how eating ALL raw breaks food addiction and cures the overeating

problems. Worked for me!

I just can't bring myself to read anymore, I'm all read out. But the

foods I listed below are raw, but still a little addictive. What do

you think? or tell me what the book would say.

If I could just not rely on food, any food, including raw food, for

excess eating for emotions would be the goal.

I believe it's possible, but it's going to take a tremendous amount

of mental clearing for me.
