Guest guest
Dear Jenny, Ha! No that question was to me (Jenny!) and I started my " Health Seeker " newsletter with Dear Jenny...and you thought I was asking you. How funny. But I do appreciate your answer!!! How are you doing? I wish we could visit you sometime. Who knows? Not much money though. We'll be happy if we can go to a motel and swim for a 2 nighter this summer. Probably somewhere close to home because our car is too small and the price of gas is outrageous too. But thanks for the invite. When I asked about Vic. Boutenko and what you learned I meant recently from her visiting you and speaking. Yes, I got your notes on her from before and devoured them. She is so inspiring. I hope to be like her! Just yesterday we got Raw Family in the mail and I read it in an hour and then made some salad dressing using her Generic recipe. I used sunflower seeds and 2 bunches of Cilantro and it was terrific. Now my daughter is reading the book and told me she's turning the heater off in her room and thinking about even sleeping with the window open. Yay! Hey, I'd like to know what sea veggies you eat and would recommend. Are they raw??? I'm always suspicious of these pkgs. Megan wrote...Seaweed I work with and mix with my salads & raw soups. Dulse, arame, wakame, kelp, and hijiki. What good raw lifestyle books would you recommend? I don't have much money so I've just read a couple and free on the Internet/raw food lists. ~Jenny Silliman of NW WA (I've now lost 66 excess lbs since July 10, 2003 when I went all raw!)
