is to slice thinly summer sqash and cuke cucumbers and make either hummus

Kathy, do you dehydrate the cukes and squash?

Hi everyone,

I need your help.

I just bought a whole bag of great looking sweet potatoes for a great

price. I want to cut them up with the spiral cutter and dehydrate them.

I read here awhile back about someone marinading the sweet potatoes in

something before they dehydrate them and I would love to know what to

use. I anyone here has ever made these chips before please share your

secrets.

Chips are my downfall so if I make healthy chips I think I can lick this

raw food thing.

Thanks for all your help,

Valerie
