Hiya guys,

I have an important question. I am officially raw. I mean I have

been transitioning and tinkering but I went raw a for about 3-4 days

now. But let me tell you about today.

So I have been raw,and eating galore, loving it and feeling great.

Well this morning when I woke up, I was a bit hungry, so I had a

mango (my fave fruit, but i've cut it down to about once a day).

Okay but this is what happened to me so about 2 hours later I

decided to have an apple. I wasn't that hungry but wanted to fill

in the time with a bit of a snack and had a small gala apple. Well

that went down fine, alhtough I didn't eat it as well as I should I

should let you guys know, I'm a bad chewer, more like ground a bit

and then swallow. Anyway a few moments after that, I didn't do

anything strenuous although I was told I have been over excercising,

I did none that morning, I felt this sudden wave of dizziness and

then I just started puking. I mean everything that morning.

And then about an hour later, not that hungry but thinking i'm

losing nutriets and this is not very healthy. Right now my stomach

is still flighty and I'm not hungry for anything and I don't knwo if

that's just due to me being not naturally hungry or a reaction to

the working out. I should give you some history.....I was pretty

much sedentary for months and years before two weeks ago, and I got

so excited that I work out pretty much every day and then about 4

days ago completely changed my diet and became raw and now I feel

sick and queasy...if anyone has any ideas on raw fitness let me know.

Sincerely,

VB

Sounds as if you're going through some major changes quickly. Not

surprising that the body would react that way. Don't let this be an

indicator that you're doing the wrong thing, just read your body

better and slow down if you feel something traumatic like throwing up

may occur.

You may not be hungry because you just threw up.
