Guest guest
THE QUESTION I'M RESPONDING TO: >Can you get too alkaline on raw food? The human system is supposed to be alkaline and the " ideal diet " of raw fruits, vegetables and (a small amount of) raw nuts and seeds are beautifully alkaline-forming. No need to be worried about how much or how little! The way we would become " too alkaline " is to swallow some Drano. That would be too alkaline forming all right. If you are fascinated by biochemistry and a radical 100% raw foodist like me, you may enjoy reading Alkalize or Die. Excellent reading and confirms and validates the living, alkaline-forming, raw food as the ideal diet once again. ~Jenny of NW WA P.S. Now if you WANT to die, or be a sitting duck for disease, you could go for the popular high protein, high fat diet and enter into acidosis. No thanks! Guest guest
Alright! my ideal diet is mentioned. Could the human possibly have to worry about anything if he ate this way, no. I'm a radical 100% raw foodist too. rad·i·cal ( P ) Pronunciation Key (rd-kl) adj. Arising from or going to a root or source; basic: proposed a radical solution to the problem. Departing markedly from the usual or customary; extreme: radical opinions on education. Favoring or effecting fundamental or revolutionary changes in current practices, conditions, or institutions: radical political views. Going to the root of my sickness, committing a physical act I was not intended to commit by my creator, eating other than raw.
