it's in butt area only.

I called into a health talk show today, spoke to Dr. Tong out of Orange

Co.

He said it was LOW ENERGY. I can totally agree with this.

I am doing more research -- looking into williamlinville.com

website.

Although I did lose 85 lbs, I don't think that's the problem. After I

check out the energy issue, I may return to exercise. thanks for reply.

Are you talking about your butt muscles, your lower spine or your butt?

changing my reply. :) If you've lost a great deal of fat in the butt

area, it may be from lack of padding. You might try some exercises to

increase the muscles in the butt area. Squats are a great exercise to

shape, firm, and pad the butt naturally. :) Lili
