Christina,

Detox can cause both cleansing and disease crises. If

it is a cleansing crisis, it will be over in 5 days

without you doing anything. when it is over, you will

feel great. If it is a disease crisis, you will need

to assist your body.

I don't know if this will help you but....my sinuses

bled a lot from the formaldehyde poisoning and then

the supplemental oxygen only made matters worse. This

was not a cleansing but a disease crisis. Nothing

helped till I got a neti pot and used it twice daily.

It has taken 6 months but my sinuses are much

improved.

You should be able to get a neti pot and neti salt at

any good health food store. It will run about $15.00.
