The zuchini may taste better if you use a vegetable peeler and slice it

thinly and toss it in a sauce. Have you seen the Fettucini Alfredo sauce on

Fromsadtoraw.com.

Also if you chop it into smal chunks or cubes it may taste better or even

grate it into a salad or mix of other vegetables.

I have noticed that sometimes the non organic varieties can have a bitter

taste.
