Guest guest Posted May 1, 2004 Report Share Posted May 1, 2004 Hi, The day after working out with heavy weights, or after doing heavy work, I wake up with flu-like symptoms that sometimes last more than a day. I have all of the typical flu symptoms, plus swollen glands in my neck. This has been going on for years. It doesn't happen after aerobic excercise, just after working with heavy weight. I thought this would get better after going raw, but it hasn't. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong with me, or how to make this better?
