Guest guest
Can anyone tell me what tests can be done to find the levels of mercury in the blood. Is there a specific name for it. I would also appreciate a link to find a dentist who does the removal of amalgams properly. Thank you Christina
Guest guest
I know of two methods for heavy metal testing. They give an idea of how much heavy metal is in the body. Hair analysis and urine tests are used. The urine test uses a chelator which supposedly releases heavy metals from the body, so we can get an idea what is in the body. Some say the heavy metals may actually NOT be released so the test may be inaccurate. I once did a hair test and urinalysis at the same time. The hair test suggested I had arsenic, the urine test did not. (???) I was more curious than anything else. As it turns out, the testing may not even be reflective of the actual heavy metals in the body. So. I just go on not worrying about it. I did the testing through my physician. We used tests from Doctor's Data (http://www.doctorsdata.com/) Jeff >Can anyone tell me what tests can be done to find the levels of >mercury in the blood.
